You pick the day, any one or two of the four conference day(s) (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday), all at a very affordable price. The hotel reservation deadline is March 19, 2010. Please be sure to make your reservations early, as rooms are limited.

Must be a current AHMA member in good standing on April 17, 2010 to receive member pricing.

Satisfaction Guarantee Details:

  1. Refund applies to Registration Fees Only, not hotel or transportation costs.
  2. Individual requesting refund must have attended the entire conference.
  3. Refunds will be provided in the same manner as payment was received, i.e. by check if paid by check, by credit to your account if paid by credit card, etc.
  4. Refund request must be submitted within 90 days of the close of the conference.

Substitution/Name Changes & Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally events occur that prevent you from attending the conference for which you have already registered. If you find that you are unable to attend, you may:

  1. Send a substitute staff member from your company. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing and approved by AHMA. A $25 processing fee will apply per substitution.

  2. Request a partial refund. Cancellation requests submitted in writing to AHMA on or before February 19, 2010 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
