About the Event

Throughout its history, AHMA's Hardlines Technology Forum (HTF) is the only technology conference dedicated to promoting and encouraging collaboration and participation between both the buy and sell-sides of the hardware/home improvement industry. While education is one of the important benefits of the conference, it is the ability for manufacturers, retailers, distributors and solutions partners alike to network with their trading partners that makes HTF a must attend event.

Who Attends HTF?

Participants of HTF include IT professionals, executive-level management, merchandise and product management, and logistics personnel that are responsible for their company's electronic commerce and supply chain initiatives. Approximately 300-400 business professionals attend the annual event. A small sampling of past company representatives attending HTF include Lowe's, Ace Hardware, True Value, Do it Best, Sears, Target, Owens Corning, Weyerhauser, Georgia-Pacific, Behr Paint, Black & Decker, Hunter Fan, and Weber-Stephen Products (for more see the list at www.ahma.org/htf/PastAttend.shtm).

Conference Goals

For some participants, HTF represents their sole opportunity to travel on their company's behalf to expand their knowledge and to network with industry peers. HTF's mission is to create a strong, straight-forward conference that delivers relevant information and activities that attendees will be able to apply to their own job responsibilities. As a reward for their hard work, conference attendees can also seize the opportunity to take advantage of the hotel and city's amenities, attractions and restaurants.
