Accommodations

The Hardlines Technology Forum® has reserved a block of rooms at Loews Philadelphia Hotel. The special group rate of $199.00 will be available to all HTF® attendees.


Group rate is valid for the nights of April 13 - 27, 2009. The hotel reservation deadline is March 20, 2009. Please be sure to make your reservations early, as rooms are limited.

 

Conference Registration Fees

Must be a current AHMA member in good standing on April 19, 2009 to receive member pricing.

Early: (Payment received on or before February 20, 2009)

AHMA Members - $ 1,045.00 Non-Members - $ 1,245.00


Standard: (Payment received on or after February 21, 2009)

AHMA Members - $ 1,145.00 Non-Members - $ 1,345.00


On-Site Registration:

Substitution/Name Changes & Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally events occur that prevent you from attending the conference for which you have already registered. If you find that you are unable to attend, you may:

  1. Send a substitute staff member from your company. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing and approved by AHMA. A $25 processing fee will apply per substitution.

  2. Request a partial refund. Cancellation requests submitted in writing to AHMA on or before February 20, 2009 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
    NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER FEBRUARY 20, 2009.

TRANSFER OF PARTIAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS IS PROHIBITED.
