Web Report: Home Depot Expanding Joliet DC

[Wednesday, July 11, 2012]  Home Depot signed a 1.6 million-square-foot lease to expand its distribution operations at the CenterPoint Intermodal Center in Joliet, IL, according to a report on costar.com. The retailer's current facility, at 3124 Brandon Road, encompasses 656,700 square feet and was developed last year.

Construction has already begun on the industrial building to be known as Stocking Distribution Center. Upon its completion next June, the 180-acre logistics campus will total 2.2 million square feet for Home Depot, making it the largest occupied property in Joliet. Read More ...
