U.S. Home System Sets Home Depot Merger Vote Date

[Thursday, September 13, 2012]  U.S. Home Systems announced today that it has established a record date and a meeting date for a special meeting of its stockholders to consider and vote upon, among other things, a proposal to adopt the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of August 6, 2012, between USHS, THD At-Home Services, Inc., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Home Depot, Inc., and Umpire Acquisition Corp.

USHS stockholders of record at the close of business on Friday, September 14, 2012, will be entitled to notice of the special meeting and to vote at the special meeting.
