Simpson Q3 Sales +6%

[Monday, October 29, 2012]  Simpson Manufacturing Company reports for the third quarter of 2012 net sales increased 6.0% to $172.1 million compared to net sales of $162.4 million for the third quarter of 2011. The Company had net income of $13.0 million for the third quarter of 2012 compared to net income of $19.4 million for the third quarter of 2011, which included a $4.5 million gain on the sale of the Keymark equity investment.
